Position Summary

ALL Sunshine Crane Rental, located in Apopka seeking a Crane, Truck and Heavy Equipment Service Technician & Diesel Mechanic.

Hands-on experience with cranes and lift equipment is a big plus.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package.

This position is eligible for a $300.00 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential Functions


* Responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on all makes of cranes, heavy duty trucks and other equipment


* Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as needed


* Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, and technical drawings


* Positive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customers


* Prepare proper documentation of actions taken


* Able to work with diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting and repairs


* Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations

Skills and Experience Requirements


* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision


* Must have a strong diesel engine, hydraulic and electrical background


* Must have basic set of mechanic’s hand tools


* Ability to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity


* Previous experience with Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks is a plus


* A CDL is desirable but not required


* Able to lift 50 pounds
