RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic

This is a 100% FTE, full-time salaried position with typical hours between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

No holidays.

Hours may vary based on operational needs of the department.

You will be working onsite at 6001 Research Park Blvd.

We are seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor- Sleep Clinic to:


* Independently manage day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services in the ambulatory setting.


* Supervise and manage a team of direct reports at two clinic locations.


* Promote and support onboarding of new hires, staff continuing education and evidence-based practice while maintaining clinical standards of care.


* Facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration among disciplines while also serving as a strong nursing resource within the Sleep Medicine specialty of care.


* Partner with the Program Director on strategic initiatives


* Support regulatory, safety, and process compliance activities

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

Work Experience


* 2 years of RN experience Required


* 1 year of progressive relevant leadership experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications


* RN licensed in the state where employed Required


* Applicable clinical certification Preferred


* Basic Life Support (BLS) Upon Hire Required
