Assistant Coach - Mens Volleyball (PT)

General Job Brief Assists in the leadership and management of the mens volleyball program as directed by the head coach.

This role also requires a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the unique Christian mission and vision of ACU to Transform Culture with Truth, and the ability to advance that mission and vision through the performance of its duties, including person-to-person mentorship and discipleship.

Duties, Tasks, Responsibilities Assist the head coach to maintain a culture of faith, influence, relationships, excellence.Assist the head coach with recruitment of new student-athletes, as directed.Design and implement training programs as directed by the head coach.Evaluate and offer feedback to student-athletes in the program to help them improve.Assist the head coach with team travel logistics for competitions and events.Assist in academic accountability and help student-athletes connect with other resources available on campus.Performs other duties as assigned.
