What You'll Do
As an Operations & Supply Chain Supervisor, you will:


* Support inventory accuracy, visibility, and control across the distribution centre


* Analyse inventory and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement


* Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, variance investigations, and root cause analysis


* Utilise warehouse and inventory management systems (such as SAP and WMS) to maintain data integrity and support reporting


* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials


* Support onboarding, training, and capability development for warehouse and inventory team members


* Partner with operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and customer outcomes

About You
We're looking for someone with strong learning agility, curiosity, and problem-solving capability.

While previous industry experience is advantageous, we value potential and attitude just as highly.

You will bring:


* A degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline


* Strong analytical skills with confidence using Excel and other data analysis tools


* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills


* A proactive mindset and genuine interest in operations, logistics, and supply chain management


* The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or operations is desirable but not essential.
