업무 내용

• Expense, Filling, Voucher 관리
• Corporate Insurance 관리
• 사무실 운영 업무 전반 및 대관 업무
• 사내 행사기획 및 운영 지원
• 사무용품 및 복리후생 지원관리
• 기타 전반적인 총무업무

필수 지원 자격
• 초대졸 (2~3년) 이상
• 1~3년 정도의 총무 유관 업무 경험자
• 엑셀, 워드 등 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 OA 능력 우수자
• 초급 (Conversational) 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 스킬
• 유연한 성격 및 적극적이며 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자
• 원활하고 효율적인 업무 처리 및 시간 관리 능력 보유자
