Senior Associate, Facility Services

Join our Facility Services team as a Senior Associate and play a key role in creating safe, efficient, and sustainable workspaces.

You'll collaborate with facility managers and stakeholders to execute integrated facilities management while driving continuous improvement and supporting ambitious sustainability goals.

What will you do?


* Execute integrated facilities management strategies that ensure safe, functional environments aligned with organizational operations


* Lead continuous improvement projects by engaging stakeholders to optimize building costs and service levels


* Deploy and adapt facility management policies across units and territories with relevant project teams


* Support onsite sustainability initiatives including energy management, waste reduction, water efficiency, and EV infrastructure integration
