What will you do?


* Develop and deliver training programs focused on industrial processes, equipment operation, and safety best practices


* Manage the Learning Corner and coordinate training resources to support employee development


* Assess training effectiveness and refine content to ensure measurable improvements in performance


* Collaborate with HR, Methods, and Learning Solutions teams to align training strategies and address operational needs
