* Integrate quality design and design-to-cost methodologies to balance technical excellence with cost efficiency

What qualifications will make you successful:


* 5+ years of related experience


* Bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, or related majors


* Advanced in PLC programming, Software coding (such as Java/C#/Python/Labview), IT network


* Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges independently


* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and functions
