Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Department: Resident CareLocation: Health CareEmployment Type: Full-TimePay Type: Hourly / Non-ExemptReports To: Director of Nursing Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Positions Available: 2 Full-Time Positions About the Position Bermuda Village Retirement Community is seeking two compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Resident Care team in Health Care.

CNAs provide hands-on care and support to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, independence, and quality of life.

What You'll Do Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, positioning, transfers, and mobility.

Encourage residents to maintain as much independence as possible.

Monitor residents and promptly report changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.

Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency call signals.

Complete required documentation and maintain accurate records.

Assist residents during meals and provide dining support as needed.

Follow all safety, emergency, fire, disaster, and resident protection procedures.

Respect resident rights, privacy, dignity, preferences, and confidentiality.

Recognize and immediately report suspected abuse, neglect, or inappropriate care.

Maintain clean and safe resident areas and equipment.

Communicate professionally with residents, families, coworkers, and supervisors.

Provide compassionate, courteous, and professional care at all times.

Work effectively as part of a team and independently.

Perform other duties as assigned.
