EDUCATION:

Minimum applicable Associates Degree or 5 years maintenance leadership/planning experience

EXPERIENCE:


* As above with a limited working knowledge of engineering, project management, and general manufacturing principles.


* Must possess good communication skills.


* Must work well with both technically oriented and non-technically oriented people.


* Must possess an understanding of mechanical and electrical service of industrial equipment.


* Must be literate with a personal computer.


* Basic drafting (preferably CAD) and blueprint reading skills required.


* Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance practices preferred.


* Minimum of five (5) years' experience in plant maintenance


* Minimum of three (3) years' experience in project planning and project execution.


* Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.

* Work Order Scheduling (15%).


* Material requirements planning - MRP (15%).


* MP2 Administration (15%)


* Project management (5%)


* Key Performance Indicators - KPI (10%)


* Calibration program administration (10%)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work Order Planning


* Actively participate in the receiving, approving & processing daily work request and establish priorities for jobs that are classified as ready for execution


* Verify that the work request/order contains the correct information including, but not limited to department location, production center sub location, equipment ID, and work order type.
