Tooling Coordinator

* High School Diploma or GED required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES


* Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.


* Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.


* Basic reading comprehension and written communication skills.


* Ability to plan, organize, perform tasks, and make sound decisions in a manufacturing environment.


* Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry skills.


* Ability to learn and navigate electronic inventory, tooling, and tracking systems.


* Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle, is preferred.


* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and follow established processes.


* Ability to work effectively with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, purchasing, and other internal teams.

EXPERIENCE


* Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience required.


* Experience in a warehouse, tool crib, inventory control, or material control environment preferred.


* Experience working with manufacturing tooling, gages, fixtures, or setup materials is a plus.


* Experience using inventory management or electronic tracking systems is preferred.
