Supports manufacturability and ramp-up of products, and performs technical measures to complete respective projects, in cooperation with Industrial Engineers.
Job Description:
* SAP
* Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
* Understanding of manufacturing processes
* Working in an FDA-regulated environment
* TIG welding
* Brazing
* Mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair experience
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications
* Experience using precision measuring instruments and common manufacturing tools
Additional Key Responsibilities
* Perform TIG welding and brazing operations in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
* Fabricate, assemble, repair, and rework production assemblies using welding, brazing, and mechanical assembly techniques.
* Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues affecting manufacturing equipment and production operations.
* Support manufacturing equipment installations, ramp-ups, maintenance activities, and process improvements.
Typical Education and Experience
* High School Degree and 3-5 years of related experience.
* Preferred: Experience in manufacturing environments involving TIG welding, brazing, assembly, troubleshooting, and FDA-regulated production processes.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs on a routine basis.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
* Ability to work with manufacturing equipment, hand tools, welding equipment, and required PPE.
