We are searching for the best talent for LATAM HEOR, Pricing & RWE Center of Excellence to be in Brazil, Mexico City or Colombia.

Position Summary

The Senior Manager, Health Economics, Pricing & Market Access is a strategic regional role within the LATAM HEOR, Pricing & RWE Center of Excellence (CoE).

The individual will serve as a key partner to local and regional Market Access teams, Finance, Global Pricing, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive robust pricing governance, evidence-based HEOR deliverables, and value-focused decision making across Latin America.

This position combines strategic pricing, health economics, and stakeholder leadership responsibilities, supporting both in-market brands and future launches.

The role is expected to translate complex market access and pricing challenges into actionable recommendations while ensuring alignment with regional and global governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Pricing Governance


* Lead governance processes for pricing business cases across LATAM.


* Review strategic pricing recommendations and ensure alignment with corporate pricing principles.


* Coordinate discussions between local affiliates, regional leadership, Finance, Market Access, and Global Pricing teams.


* Support approval processes and escalation of complex pricing topics.


* Monitor governance metrics and continuously improve pricing processes.
