Purpose: The Equipment Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving and sustaining manufacturing
equipment performance by reducing down time, increasing equipment availability and optimizing maintenance activities.

This role drives equipment availability, OEE improvement, asset lifecycle management, root cause analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance
programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position partners with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure reliable equipment operation, minimize downtime, and support operational excellence objectives.
This position will have responsibilities across ETHICON WCH including a range of multiple product platforms.
