Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Site Services - APAC, located in Chiyoda, Tokyo.

The Manager, Site Services - APAC is responsible for leading and optimizing site ‑ level services to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workplace operations across the APAC region.

his role plays a critical part in enabling business continuity, employee experience, and operational excellence by overseeing facilities management, vendor performance, workplace services, and compliance within a regulated healthcare environment.

The position offers the opportunity to influence regional standards, drive continuous improvement, and partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to support DePuy Synthes' growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities



* Lead day ‑ to ‑ day site services and facilities management operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant workplace environments.



* Manage third ‑ party service providers (e.g., facilities, security, cleaning, maintenance), including contract oversight, service ‑ level performance, and cost control.



* Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, environmental health & safety (EHS) requirements, and internal policies.



* Partner with Global Real Estate, FM, and Corporate Operations teams to implement regional and global workplace strategies and initiatives.



* Oversee space management, workplace services, and site projects to support business needs and employee experience.



* Manage site operating budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality.



* Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, standardizing processes, and leveraging best practices across APAC sites.
