Director of Sales Training and Admissions

American Senior Communities is now hiring a Director of Sales Training

American Senior Communities (ASC) is seeking an experienced Director of Sales Training to lead the development and execution of innovative sales training programs across our organization.

This strategic leadership role will help strengthen the skills, effectiveness, and performance of our Marketing, Business Development and Sales (MBS) teams across all service lines.

The Director of Sales Training will design and implement comprehensive new-hire onboarding and ongoing professional development programs, ensuring team members have the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to successfully build relationships, drive referrals, and achieve organizational growth.

Requirements


* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare related field preferred.


* Must be able to travel between communities. 


* Minimum of one year of long-term care or assisted living experience sales, marketing and/or training required.
