Waterman Canyon Post Acute is seeking a warm, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to help create a positive experience for everyone who enters our facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and contributing to a team that is committed to resident-centered care.
Responsibilities


* Welcome and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors


* Answer, screen, and route incoming calls


* Maintain an organized and professional front desk area


* Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative projects


* Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages


* Provide administrative support to facility departments as needed


* Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and exceptional customer service

Qualifications


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills


* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment


* Ability to multitask in a busy environment


* Friendly, professional, and dependable work ethic


* Healthcare experience is a plus
