Responsibilities


* Deliver quality nursing care consistent with residents' care plans


* Administer medications and treatments


* Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards


* Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff


* Support a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
