What You'll Do


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the clinical team


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as appropriate


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes


* Promote a positive, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents and families

Qualifications


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply


* Strong communication and organizational skills


* Dedication to providing exceptional resident care
