Senior Administrative Assistant

As an Executive Assistant in Consumer & Community Banking, you will provide proactive administrative, onboarding, technology, expense, sponsorship, event, and team support to four Regional Sales Directors and their teams.
This role is designed for a technology-forward professional who can reduce administrative friction, manage competing priorities, and deliver dependable service with discretion and sound judgment.
Job responsibilities
* Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding, including equipment requests and setup, system entitlements, building access, seating arrangements, and related follow-through.
* Provide practical technology support, troubleshoot common equipment and access issues, coordinate with internal support teams, and help employees use available tools effectively.
* Process invoices, Travel & Expense claims, and sponsorship requests for approval and payment while adhering to firm policies, procedures, and required timelines.
* Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents for accessibility, readability, accuracy, and professional presentation.
* Manage recurring meetings, scheduling needs, meeting materials, and minutes as requested, with calendar support focused on the highest-value team needs.
* Coordinate client dinners, internal events, event tickets, supplies, and other logistical requests.
* Act as a liaison between executives, team members, and internal or external stakeholders, supporting clear communication and positive working relationships.
* Anticipate potential challenges, identify practical solutions, and proactively follow through on open requests.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Provide administrative support across the regional leadership team and assist with other priority needs as assigned.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum 2 years of administrative experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
* High degree of professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
* Strong technology aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn and leverage new tools.
