Data Product Owner - Trust & Estates
The Product team within Trusts & Estates (T&E) is responsible for developing and implementing strategic solutions across T&E.
As a Data Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our AI-powered solutions and data management.
You will obsess over building intuitive, scalable, and secure tools that empower our teams to unlock the full potential of data and AI across the organization.
Your focus will be to pursue best-in-class product standards, champion innovation, and ensure quality, usability, and risk mitigation in every aspect of our AI toolset.
You will collaborate closely with our Technology, Data Governance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business partners to ensure our AI products are robust, compliant, and aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
* Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of Trusts & Estates (T&E) data and workflow capabilities aligned to business outcomes, control requirements, and data strategy.
* Serve as a product lead for AI-enabled transformation, identifying high-value use cases, defining MVP-to-scale plans, and driving delivery through to production adoption and measurable impact.
* Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Data, and Controls to set priorities, align funding and capacity, and drive accountable execution across multiple workstreams.
* Drive platform connectivity and integration across upstream/downstream systems to improve end-to-end visibility for global teams.
* Own stakeholder engagement and communications, translating complex initiatives into clear narratives, milestones, trade-offs, and outcomes for senior leadership.
* Lead a data-driven approach to process and workflow optimization, partnering with operations and technology to improve end-to-end performance and client/service outcomes.
Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in product management, platform delivery, or large-scale transformation within complex, matrixed organizations; experience owning a portfolio and driving outcomes end-to-end.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across business and technology, including managing priorities, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
* Strong execution and delivery discipline, including ability to manage tight timelines, competing priorities, and ambiguity while maintaining focus on controls and quality.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose complex issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable remediation with measurable results.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership forums.
* High ownership mindset; self-starter with a track record of independently driving initiatives, raising risks early, and delivering results.
