Finance GBS and Global Capability Center (GCC) organizations are increasingly becoming the enterprise's nerve center for AI-enabled decision-making, resilience, and growth.

We help clients make that shift by modernizing Finance operations through ERP enablement, intelligent automation, generative AI, predictive analytics, and agentic AI.

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead client engagements that modernize Finance operations through process transformation, operating model design, technology enablement, and change management.

This role offers the opportunity to work with CFO and CAO stakeholders, lead global teams, and deliver measurable improvements across the Finance value chain-including the design of effective human-AI operating models.
Work You'll Do
As an Operational Finance Transformation Manager, you will lead complex engagements for global organizations.

You will assess Finance operations, design future-state processes and operating models, and implement business and technology solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, strengthen controls, enhance service delivery, and unlock enterprise value.
Finance Transformation and Operating Model Design


* Lead transformation initiatives across Invoice to Pay, Invoice to Cash, and Record to Report.


* Assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes, operating models, and service delivery strategies.


* Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, economic models, and value-realization plans.


* Design governance frameworks, policies, controls, performance measures, and continuous improvement approaches.


* Design hybrid human-AI operating models that define where work is best performed by people, automation, or AI agents.


* Establish appropriate roles, decision rights, human oversight, exception handling, escalation paths, and performance measures for AI-enabled workflows.


* Help clients move from point-solution pilots toward embedded, scalable, and orchestrated Finance capabilities.

Technology and Process Enablement


* Translate Finance business requirements into ERP-enabled, workflow, automation, analytics, and AI solutions.


* Evaluate and apply technologies such as generative AI, agentic AI, predictive analytics, RPA, HighRadius, BlackLine, Basware, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
