Supply Chain Contracts & Governance Manager

Accountabilities

1.

Lead contract development and management, ensuring all supply chain agreements are commercially robust, compliant, and aligned with organisational standards by working with Legal and the FAS PIP Supply Chain Director.

Varying and updating as required and in line with the contract.

2.

Establish and maintain governance frameworks that support consistent decision-making, risk mitigation, and supplier accountability

3.

Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and operations to support negotiation, contract interpretation, and issue resolution.

Acting as SME on each SCP Contract Schedules.

4.

Identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring controls and mitigation plans are embedded across key contracts and categories.

5.

Oversee policy compliance, ensuring SCP adhere to regulatory, commercial, and ethical requirements.

6.

Continuously improve contract and governance processes, introducing standardisation, automation, and best-practice tools where beneficial

7.

Oversee and administer formal communications with SCPs; applying the CRF and Contract Change processes where applicable.

8.

Provide oversight of all Supply Chain Estates; collating information/data and producing reports to share internally for decision making and with DWP

• Experience developing and managing complex governance frameworks

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads across complex, fast-changing environments.

• Experience of working within a cross-functional team; often driving deadlines for those not directly within the team.

• Confident relationship builder who influences and empowers others to make proactive decisions.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; proficient with spreadsheets and business analysis tools.

• Excellent written communication and presentation skill
