About the Role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Superintendent Rehabilitation Planning to lead the development of integrated rehabilitation strategies that support progressive rehabilitation, regulatory commitments, and long-term closure outcomes across our mining operations.

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across the medium-term planning horizon, translating rehabilitation objectives into practical, integrated and execution-ready programs of work.

Your expertise and influence will impact how rehabilitation is planned and delivered, ensuring land restoration activities are embedded into operational decision-making while leaving a positive legacy for future generations.

Your key areas of focus will be:


* Leading the development of integrated medium-term rehabilitation plans that align progressive rehabilitation activities with mining schedules, closure objectives and long-term land stewardship outcomes.


* Developing rehabilitation strategies, scenarios and priorities that optimise land restoration opportunities, manage risk and support business planning and operational decision-making.


* Creating and maintain integrated rehabilitation schedules, ensuring activities are execution-ready, appropriately resourced and aligned with operational requirements and delivery milestones.


* Overseeing landform development, soil management and material movement planning to support sustainable rehabilitation outcomes while effectively managing operational constraints and dependencies.


* Collaborating with mine planning, operations, environmental, closure and technical teams to deliver practical, achievable rehabilitation programs and ensure alignment across business priorities.


* Providing governance and leadership across rehabilitation planning, including forecasting, budgeting, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement to support regulatory commitments and long-term closure success.
