Senior Consultant - Regulatory & Compliance - Enterprise Operations & Risk

Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Regulatory & Compliance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:


* Support regulatory reporting remediation and transformation initiatives, including requirements analysis, process design, automation, testing, validation, and issue remediation


* Monitor, analyze, and interpret regulatory developments impacting software and digital/social platforms, and translate those requirements into governance, risk, control, and compliance frameworks, as well as internal policies and procedures.


* Assess reporting processes, data flows, and controls to support implementation of regulatory reporting policies and analytics strategies


* Manage assigned workstreams, coordinate with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams, and support delivery against project timelines


* Develop analyses, findings, and recommendations for clients and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Law, Business Management, or Public Policy


* 4+ years of experience in technology, media, and telecommunications or consulting in one or more of the following areas: regulatory reporting remediation and transformation, implementation of new regulatory requirements, testing and validation of regulatory reporting processes and controls, regulatory report automation, regulatory report preparation, or d...
