Finance Lead, Global Data Management

The Finance Lead, Global Data Management is responsible for leading financial master data and financial integrity activities within Deloitte's SAP-based global finance platform.

Work you'll do

As a Finance Lead, Global Data Management on the Global Finance Services team, you will:


* Lead the GFS Global Data Management Finance Data team, setting priorities and operating cadence to deliver finance data integrity, controls, and automation outcomes across the global SAP finance platform.


* Advise Deloitte member firm finance leadership on accounting design, profit center strategy, and financial data integrity in support of global initiatives.


* Partner with technology, onboarding, and operations leaders to support member firm adoption of the SAP platform and implementation of finance data models.


* Strengthen internal controls, compliance support, confidential data protection, and auditability across finance data processes, including time posting integrity.


* Lead a distributed team by driving performance management, coaching, hiring, workload planning, standard operating procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:


* 10+ years of experience managing financial accounting, cost accounting, auditing, financial statements, and financial reporting


* 5+ years of people management experience


* Advanced SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) experience, including general ledger, profit centers, cost centers, and end-to-end financial integrity


* Experience applying GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) or IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)


* Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license


* Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
