Customer Service Representative

Clean Harbors is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based in our Sanford, NC location.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible in supporting the technical services general manager(s), the service center(s), branch managers, account managers, and technical service specialists in servicing accounts, including ensuring the accuracy, tracking, and processing of all technical, billing, and administrative information, setting up new customers, closing accounts and ensuring the accuracy of customer information in company systems, and assuring the proper extension of credit to customers in concert with financial and collection personnel.
