A Brief Overview

The Director, Corporate Project Engineering provides strategic and tactical leadership for capital engineering projects across Voyant Beauty's operations and supply chain network.

Working closely with the Director Engineering and each of the site leaders, this role is responsible for developing and executing the Company's capital investment strategy to improve safety, quality, operational capacity and efficiency, automation, and cost performance while supporting business growth and customer commitments.

Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, Sourcing and Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and Plant Engineering teams, the Director leads the planning, prioritization, and execution of complex capital projects from concept through startup.

This position establishes engineering standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and scope, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The role requires technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a decentralized, matrixed environment.

What you will do


* Develop and execute the Company's multi-site capital project strategy aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and operation and supply chain network needs via a matrix reporting organization structure.

Partner with engineering, quality, safety, environmental and procurement to align project engineering initiatives with business goals.

Serve as a liaison between project engineering and executive leadership to translate technical needs into strategic priorities.

Evaluate and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
