Donor Support Representative

Main Duties/Responsibilities: Interact with donors or potential donors via incoming calls, outbound calls, and email using the appropriate charity greeting Interact with vendor regarding status of a vehicle donation or title issues Create and update donation records in the CARS database with the highest level of accuracy Consult available resources and inform donors of local DMV regulations Schedule vehicles for pickup, when appropriate Monitor and manage database records that require follow-up with a donor or vendor.
