The job
This role combines technical expertise with a passion for training and customer support.
You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Your contribution will help customers successfully adopt and use IGE-XAO/ETAP CAD-CAE software solutions.

Key responsibilities
* Deliver technical training sessions on IGE-XAO/ETAP electrical CAD-CAE software to customers and partners.
* Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users via email, phone, and remote assistance.
* Prepare training materials, documentation, and updated learning resources.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and contribute to product improvement feedback.
* Assist in pre-sales activities when required by demonstrating software capabilities.
Essential requirements
* Technical background in electrical engineering, automation, industrial design, or related fields.
* Experience with CAD/CAE tools for electrical design.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyse technical problems and propose effective solutions.
* Willingness to work on-site full time in Bergamo.
Desired skills
* Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
* Familiarity with IGE-XAO or ETAP products.
* Strong teamwork attitude, openness to feedback, and collaborative mindset.
* Curiosity for learning new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement.
* Reliability, trustworthiness, and a proactive approach in supporting customers and colleagues.
