Quality intern

What will you do?


* Take the Lead with These Responsibilities
Support the Quality team in monitoring and improving manufacturing and operational processes.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics and KPIs.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.
Support internal audits, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality and process enhancements.
Help maintain quality documentation, work instructions, and records in compliance with company standards.
Assist in customer complaint investigations and follow-up activities when required.
Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and quality improvement projects.

Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, or SPC is a plus.
Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
Active student status with availability to complete an internship program.
Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of quality systems, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Interest in quality, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement.
Previous internship, academic projects, or extracurricular activities related to quality or process improvement are desirable but not required.
