3상 UPS (Ai 데이터 센터 UPS) 현장 서비스 엔지니어 및 판넬 빌더 또는 수•배전반 운영/유지보수 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력을 보유하고 있는 엔지니어를 찾습니다.

업무 내용



* UPS 설치 및 초기 가동(Start-up) 업무 수행


* 고객 현장에 설치된 장비에 대한 유지보수 및 수리 수행


* UPS 제품 관련 가이드 및 솔루션을 고객에게 전문적으로 제공


* Schneider Electric UPS 제품 기반 장비에 대한 기술 지원 제공


* 고객 현장 방문 시 발견한 추가 비즈니스 기회(Digital Opportunity)발굴 및 영업팀으로 연결


* 소규모 서비스 프로젝트의 기술 리딩 또는 협업 수행


* 현장에서 발생한 UPS 제품 품질 이슈에 대해 품질팀과 협업하여 원인 분석(Root Cause Analysis) 수행


* 필요 시 현장 방문을 통해 문제 원인 조사 및 관련 데이터 수집


* Schneider Electric 서비스 파트너의 기술/업무 수행 역량 평가 관련 기술 지원 제공


* Schneider Electric의 안전 가이드라인 준수

자격 요건



* 전기공학 학사 학위 (또는 동등한 수준의 기술 전문성)


* 5년 이상의 현장 서비스 엔지니어 / 커미셔닝 경력 (UPS or 판넬빌더/수•배전반 운영,유지보수 or SWGR)


* 고객 대응 능력 및 프로젝트 관리 역량 보유


* 우수한 팀워크 및 빠른 학습 능력 및 적응력


* 리튬이온 배터리 설치 및 시운전 경험자 우대
