Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and performance of production equipment while driving continuous improvement through preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and technical skills, with a proven ability to develop teams, solve complex equipment issues, and support operational excellence.

What Will You Do?


* Lead and manage the maintenance department to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime of industrial equipment.



* Oversee and drive the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to improve equipment reliability, availability, and overall manufacturing efficiency.



* Monitor equipment performance (OEE), KPIs (MTTR, MTBF...) and implement actions to improve reliability and efficiency.



* Manage and develop maintenance team members through goal setting, performance management, coaching, competency development, recognition, employee engagement, and well-being initiatives.



* Monitor and optimize maintenance expenditures, including spare parts inventory management and cost control.



* Coordinate maintenance team involvement in the installation, startup, implementation, and ramp-up of new equipment, workstations, and production lines.



* Ensure business continuity by maintaining equipment readiness and supporting contingency planning for critical manufacturing operations.



* Utilize data and maintenance metrics to identify trends, prioritize actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.



* Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Working Conditions


* Ability to respond to equipment emergencies outside of normal business hours as required (including weekends).



* Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.

Required Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.



* Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.



* +5 years of maintenance experience supporting industrial manufacturing equipment.



* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, and maintenance best practices.



* Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).



* Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.



* Background in spare parts management and maintenance cost optimization.



* Experience troubleshooting and supporting PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and industrial controls.
