Manager II, Technical Management
We are seeking an experienced Technical Management Leader to lead our Project Engineering organization and drive operational excellence across engineering activities.
This role requires a strong people leader who can effectively manage technical teams, balance workload and resources, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills with engineering expertise, excellent communication abilities in both English and Spanish, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You Will Do
* Lead and manage a Project Engineering organization of approximately 30 team members through a team of supervisors and engineers.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to direct reports and the broader engineering team.
* Drive achievement of department KPIs related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and project execution.
* Plan and optimize engineering workload, capacity, and resource allocation to meet business demands.
* Collaborate with teams in the United States and manufacturing operations in Monterrey to ensure alignment and execution.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, standardization, and operational excellence.
* Ensure engineering activities comply with design intent, customer requirements, and company standards.
* Lead change management initiatives to improve processes, productivity, and overall business performance.
* Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication, issue resolution, and proactive stakeholder management.
* Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, innovation, and safety within the organization.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
* 7+ years of experience in engineering, technical operations, project engineering, or a related environment.
