Manufacturing Engineering

Join us as a Manufacturing Engineer and lead a team dedicated to operational excellence.

You'll drive process improvements, optimize maintenance strategies, and ensure our manufacturing operations run at peak efficiency.

What will you do?


* Lead manufacturing and validation of first of kind low-voltage switchboard applications from concept through implementation and production launch.


* Support launch projects, determine cost estimates, design concepts and engineering criteria along with conceptual process layouts for given project


* Drive continuous improvement initiative using Lean, Six Sigma and industry benchmarks.


* Support process tooling, fixture and equipment design, purchase, and maintenance


* Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions, validation and qualification.



* Partner closely with other engineers, designers, maintenance, supervisors and hourly line associates to effectively solve manufacturing issues, implement solutions and support continuous/safety improvements


* Support data center customer programs and ensure production readiness and successful project execution.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) is desired


* 3 to 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operation, or industrial engineering


* Strong desire to work with people, on the manufacturing floor and with customer interface, excellent follow-up, and execution skills.


* Demonstrated analytical skills with data, problem resolution and project management.


* Proven leadership ability with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
