The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Microgrid Solution Architect to join our Pacific Microgrid team.

Reporting to the Microgrid Leader, you will be the technical and commercial leader responsible for designing, positioning and enabling Schneider Electric's Microgrid solutions across the Pacific region.

Acting as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering and project delivery teams, you will help transform Microgrid opportunities into scalable, profitable and repeatable business outcomes.

Working closely with customers, consultants, business development teams and Schneider Electric's global Microgrid community, you will develop innovative energy solutions that support the energy transition, improve resilience and enable customers to achieve their sustainability goals.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities



* Partner with customers, consultants and sales teams to recommend and develop optimal Microgrid architectures and use cases.


* Design innovative Microgrid solutions leveraging Schneider Electric's market-leading technologies and platforms.


* Act as the subject matter expert for Microgrid solutions, electrification and distributed energy resources.


* Prepare and present high-quality technical and commercial proposals that address customer requirements and business objectives.


* Lead technical discussions, solution demonstrations and customer presentations.


* Assess customer requirements and identify opportunities to leverage standard solutions while qualifying custom engineering requirements where necessary.


* Participate in technical peer reviews, solution governance and proposal approval processes.


* Provide support during project handover to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to execution teams.


* Collaborate with country operations teams and global stakeholders to establish technical standards and best practices.


* Deliver training and capability development initiatives for tender managers, engineers and sales teams.


* Support the onboarding and enablement of new Microgrid EcoXperts across the Pacific region.
