What will you do?


* Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives

* Employee Offboarding - advanced level; managing transitions with professionalism and compliance


* Communication - intermediate level; delivering clear guidance to leaders and employees across all levels


* Data Literacy - intermediate level; interpreting HR metrics to inform strategic decisions


* Digital Literacy - intermediate level; leveraging HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency


* HR Compliance - intermediate level; ensuring policies and practices meet regulatory standards
