Engineer-Field
Murray Logan Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Engineer to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil/marine construction projects.
The Field Engineer supports project execution by coordinating field operations, monitoring construction progress, reviewing plans and specifications, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with quality, safety, and scheduling requirements.

This role serves as a liaison between project management, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
* 1 to 3 years of construction or field engineering experience preferred.
* Knowledge of heavy civil, marine, roadway, utility, or infrastructure construction.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction software.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
* OSHA training and surveying experience are a plus.

The employee is occasionally required to reach, push and pull with hands and arms.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to travel by driving a vehicle or as a passenger on an airplane to various locations.
Physical dexterity may involve stretching, proper placement of legs, and use of arms and hands in repetitive motions.
The employee must be able to maintain constant alertness to the multiple concurrent activities occurring at the site, including the activities of other employees and contractors, the operation of stationary ...
