What You'll Do


* Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls regarding accounts, loans, online banking, and other financial services


* Resolve questions and issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience


* Process customer requests accurately and efficiently


* Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships through referrals


* Document interactions and maintain compliance with quality and service standards


* Collaborate with teammates while meeting performance and attendance expectations
