Driver Rock Island Auction Company(RIAC), the #1 firearms auction house in the world, is searching forfull-timeDriver in Rock Island, Illinois! With passion and knowledge for guns (and safety), the Driver maximizes earning potential for special bonuses by traveling across the country with an assigned co-driver to transport guns and historic auction items.

This position has a set hourly base rate of $21.63.

When not driving, full-time Driver works in the warehouse, ships items to clients, sets up displays for auction, and/or completes inventory projects during standard hours of operation (8:00 a.m.

5:00 p.m.

CST).

Essential Job Functions Transports auction items OTR with assigned co-driver by safely operating light or medium truck throughout U.S.Prioritizesand delivers customer service excellence with professional conduct andtimelyarrival for pickup or delivery.Completes logs,forms,and documentationtimely, accurately, andin accordance withcompany policies, processes, and procedures, as well as regulatory compliance (FMCSA, DOT, ATF).Help with shipping, receiving (incoming), and warehouse duties (weekdays only)when not ondriving assignment and in compliance withregulatoryrequirements.Handling and ensuring safe loading and unloading of collectible firearmsand bladed weapons in addition to other military and historiccollectibles.

Qualified candidates meet the following requirements: Requirements such as Class C Illinois drivers license, DOT physical, and FOID card are paid by the company.

Valid drivers license;Ability to obtain Illinois Class C drivers license (Class C for Iowa residents), or equivalent;Ability to pass DOT physical;Favorable driving record without DUI conviction(s) within the past seven (7) years; andAbility to obtain and maintain active FOID card status (Illinois residents only).
