Employment Consultant I - Developmental Disabilities

Reporting to the Manager of Employment Services, the Employment Consultant is responsible to boost Humanims Employment Services programs in Maryland by promoting and marketing their services through relationship building with existing and potential referral sources, identifying new referral partners, identifying market opportunities, and raising brand awareness within the designated service area.

This role provides educational information about our programs, creating relationships that allow clients of Humanim programs to obtain employment in the community.

Utilizing all contact methodologies to achieve maximum reach with the goal of developing trusting and long-term relationships for referrals and employment placement.

The Employment Consultant coordinates with the clinical team to recommend additional services clients may require; billing DORS as required and maintaining any required documentation.
