About the Role The Lawncare Laborer supports daily property maintenance operations by: Performing lawn care/landscaping/tree care services on primarily commercial properties Assisting with route efficiency and daily job flowMaintaining clean, safe, and professional job sitesFollowing safety procedures and proper equipment useContributing to a positive work environmentOther duties, as assigned Qualifications Reliable and punctual(critical for this role)Some experience in lawn care, landscaping, tree service or outdoor work preferredComfortable operating mowing equipmentAble to work outdoors for extended periods (812 hours/day)Able to lift 50+ lbs.
