How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform precise residential and commercial electrical installations, repairs, and system upgrades.


* Read and interpret electrical blueprints, technical schematics, and project specifications accurately.


* Execute daily field tasks in compliance with local regulations and National Electrical Code standards.


* Troubleshoot complex wiring, control circuits, and power distribution systems on active jobsites.


* Maintain complete jobsite safety by applying proper lockout/tagout procedures and protective gear.


* Mentor junior apprentices and coordinate team tasks to ensure efficient project completion.


* Represent the organization with professionalism, delivering top-tier service to every client.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Active Journeyman Electrician License.


* Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in electrical field installations.


* Proven experience executing complex residential or commercial electrical projects.


* Willingness to travel up to 50% of working hours to various client locations.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Advanced technical background in commercial power, lighting systems, and controls.


* Demonstrated history of supervising or guiding apprentices on active jobsites.


* Strong diagnostic abilities for rapid fault finding in dynamic electrical setups.
