You'll be responsible for residential and commercial service, maintenance, and diagnostics—solving real problems for real customers with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities



* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems


* Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections


* Replace parts and components as needed


* Accurately troubleshoot systems and explain findings to customers


* Provide clear, professional recommendations and repair solutions


* Keep work areas and company vehicles clean and safe


* Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols


* Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships

Qualifications



* 5+ years of residential and/or commercial HVAC experience required


* Strong diagnostics and system troubleshooting skills


* EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required


* NATE Certification preferred


* Valid Apprentice or Journeyman license required


* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Comfortable working on active construction sites


* High school diploma or GED


* Background check and drug screening will be conducted per applicable laws
