How You Will Make an Impact:


* Perform end-to-end HVAC system installations, diagnostics, and repairs for commercial and residential accounts.


* Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex mechanical, airflow, and control issues on-site.


* Guide and mentor junior technicians on field safety standards and technical execution.


* Deliver clear, professional communications to customers to explain technical requirements and system options.


* Ensure all installed heating and cooling systems comply fully with local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications.


* Collaborate with field leadership to streamline daily job schedules and maintain high project quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum 2 years of experience


* Proven track record of diagnosing and servicing complex heating and cooling systems across field settings.


* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and mentor team members.


* Advanced diagnostic and critical-thinking skills tailored to dynamic mechanical environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* 5 or more years of experience servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems.


* Trade program completion or technical certification in HVAC.


* Industry certifications, including HVAC and EPA certifications.
