Inc is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site field operations for complex commercial and multifamily construction projects.

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day jobsite execution, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

As a key leader in Field Operations, the Project Superintendent works closely with Project Managers and project teams from pre-construction through closeout to deliver successful projects that positively impact the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities



* Assist the Project Manager with schedule development, scope definition, buyout, and pre-planning activities


* Support submittal reviews processed by project teams to ensure constructability and sequencing alignment


* Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager


* Provide on-site leadership and management of subcontractors, logistics, and overall jobsite flow


* Lead and participate in subcontractor coordination meetings, pre-installation meetings, and OAC meetings


* Manage the inspection process and coordinate with inspectors and authorities having jurisdiction


* Oversee and direct Van Winkle Company on-site labor


* Manage temporary services including dumpsters, trailers, storage containers, and site logistics


* Complete daily field reports documenting progress, manpower, and site conditions


* Utilize construction software and tools including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Project), Procore, and Bluebeam


* Partner with project team members on quality control throughout all phases of construction
