C&Z Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and empathetic Residential Remodeling Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and restoration projects from start to finish.

This role goes beyond construction management - you'll be the steady hand guiding homeowners through one of the most stressful times of their lives.

Key Responsibilities



* Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering clear communication and empathy throughout each project


* Lead residential remodeling projects from kickoff to completion


* Manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and documentation


* Direct Lead Carpenters and in-house crews; supervise subcontractors


* Partner with Project Coordinators for smooth scheduling and daily operations


* Collaborate with Estimators to align project details with insurance requirements


* Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and inspections


* Conduct site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.

Qualifications



* 3-5 years of project management experience in residential remodeling


* Proven experience leading large remodels ($150k-$300k); $1M+ projects a plus


* Strong knowledge of construction codes, permits, and best practices


* Skilled with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and scheduling software


* Empathetic communicator with excellent client service skills


* Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle priorities


* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
