Key Responsibilities


* Open and close the job site daily, ensuring secure and safe operations.


* Supervise daily site activities and enforce quality standards on all phases of work.


* Maintain and update detailed daily logs, including photos and progress notes in Buildertrend.


* Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to keep projects on schedule.


* Track and communicate construction progress, RFIs, change orders, and submittals.


* Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions; maintain permit cards and stamped plans.


* Proactively identify and resolve conflicts or delays in construction schedules.


* Maintain project documentation including 3-week look ahead schedules.


* Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant.


* Collaborate effectively with Project Managers and field crews for seamless execution.


* Complete punch list identification and ensure all tasks are completed to close out projects.

Ideal Qualifications


* 10+ years of experience in residential construction with superintendent or field leadership roles.


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Proficient in Buildertrend software (required).


* Strong knowledge of local building codes, supply vendors, and permitting processes.


* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a professional demeanor.


* Ability to interpret plans, foresee issues, and drive proactive solutions.
