The Role As our Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of Worldwide Jet by ensuring vendor payments are processed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Process and review invoices for accuracy, coding, and approvalsSchedule and prepare payments to vendors and reconcile statementsTrack and maintain vendor accounts, addressing discrepancies promptlySupport month-end close through reconciliations and reportingAssist with maintaining inventory records and ensuring proper expense allocationProvide administrative and accounting support to the finance team as neededMaintain confidentiality and integrity with sensitive financial data Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, basic knowledge of Excel for data entry, formatting, and duplicating simple spreadsheets.

13 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Payable or accounting supportStrong inventory knowledge (required)Detail-oriented with high accuracy in record-keepingAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTeam player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Please Note: This position is in-office at our Vineland, NJ location.
