Job Description
The Integration Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, and technical support of Elekta's Oncology Information System interfacing solutions. Responsibilities include remote installation and service.
Responsibilities
· Perform MOSAIQ application integration with third party EMR systems.
· Complete MOSAIQ software component installations and SQL database updates.
· Perform interface migration tasks for upgrades and new installations.
· Work closely with integration programmers to develop new interfaces (HL7, XML, API, FHIR, etc.) and trouble-shoot existing ones.
· Build application specification documents (including but not limited to functional design, workflow, maintenance, and support/troubleshooting, etc.) in applications like Visio, Word, and Excel to keep track of support processes, hardware configuration details, device inventories, etc.
· Provide product training to the service and support teams.
· Build and understand potential use cases to develop, detail and execute test plans for new integrations and modifications to existing functionality.
· Ensuring project milestones are archived and escalating to project management when issues arise.
· Ensuring documented processes are followed and suggesting improvements to documented processes to achieve greater efficiencies.
